Status guide
What each status means
Booked
The booking is created and waiting for the parcel to be handed in at the station.
Picked Up
The lease holder has accepted the parcel at the origin station.
In Transit
The parcel is loaded and on the move between stations.
Out for Delivery
Unloaded at the destination and ready to be handed over.
Delivered
Handed over to the consignee. Done.
Cancelled
The booking was rejected or cancelled. Contact your agent for details.
